Mike came highly recommended by people in our neighborhood that have used him before and they were nothing short of wrong. He was exceptional explained everything and I feel like I’ve gotten an honest answer. He will definitely be my go to Heaton air from here on out.
I was having A/C issues at my house. I had another company out multiple times. When Garrison's was recommended by a neighbor I gave them a call. They had it diagnosed and fixed the first time. Highly recommend.
2 hour response time from time of call. Tech was great very knowledgeable and helpful would definitely use them again. We had a fan motor go out and tech pulled one off his truck and installed to get us running through 100 degree heat until the new replacement came in. Very very satisfied all the way around and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
Mark was excellent, what a nice guy! A little pricey compared to previous checks/cleanings in prior homes.
