Kyle was very friendly and professional. He went right to work and explained his findings. A capacitor on the furnace needed to be replaced, which he did. After checking the outside heat pump, it needs a new defrost sensor. Due to the age of the unit, this will require ordering the part and Kyle said he’d call when it comes in. I’m very pleased with Kyle’s knowledge and workmanship. He is so nice and I’m comfortable having him in my house. It speaks highly of Garrison that they hire such qualified employees.
