The agents at Garrison Insurance are very nice and willing to help me out. I've had my insurance with them for 5 years and never had a problem nor have i've been disrespected. They help me find the best options and shop around for me when i've requested it. Really happy with the agency.
I'm writing this review as a customer calling in for information. As calling the office number listed on your website, an Hispanic woman answered the phone very rudely. She then hung up the phone bc she said she couldn't hear me. I called back and she cut me off saying you dialed the wrong number and hung ** in the middle of me speaking.
