It's a public dock sure, but there's no parking. zero. Had to go to the salt cod cafe and pay the five bucks for all day and use of their dock, which is a pretty good deal.
Peaceful
A very entertaining spot on the right day. It is fun to watch people try to launch their boats. There is no nearby parking so you have to plan ahead.
