Management is unprofessional, inattentive, and duplicitous with business communications. Alienating prospective clients without reasonable cause is a poor way to do business, especially in a growing area with many other competitive housing options.
Amending this review because of the rip off at the end. I knew when I gave them a $2785 deposit, that’s right, $2785, that it was sketchy and I may never see it again. Even being told that the carpet was at life and I would never be charged a carpet fee, this big fat letter came with all of these supposed Invoices from great floors, that there was urine all over the place! My cat does not pee inappropriately. My roommate’s cat never peed inappropriately. That urine had to have already been there, or it’s a scam they’ve cooke... read more
