PLEASE DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE. ITS A VERY UNSAFE PLACE. THERE ARE COP VISITS PER WEEKLY BASIS BECAUSE OF ALL THAT GOES ON HERE. I’VE HAD SCARY NEIGHBORS AND THERE ARE BULL DOGS IN EVERY OTHER APARTMENT. EVEN AFTER I GAVE THEM A NOTICE TO LEAVE AND PAID ALL MY RENT FOR EACH MONTH, THEY CLAIM THAT I OWED THEM THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. THEY HAVE TONS OF “MISCELLANEOUS FEES” THAT ARE NEVER EXPLAINED EVEN AFTER YOU ASK THEM WHAT THEY ARE FOR.
