My security alarm at home made regular alert beeps. Karen at the office understood the problem well and she arranged an on site service for a battery replacement. Zara the electrician came at the scheduled time and completed the job efficiently. Both Karen and Zara are polite and easy to communicate with. I have also contracted Garrison to install a mirror light and light switch. Happy customer 😃
Your entire house will be robbed by the time their appointed guards arrives after two hours . Alarm went off (Kohimarama Area) on Saturday 6.30am/ Got a call from the monitoring services to ask if I wanted a guard. Said yes. An hour later got a call to say the guards are delayed. The guards eventually got there TWO HOURS later. I then got a call to say they found a man stealing at the property. The guards casually walked up and asked the man for his name. The man ran away.
