Friend needed a new House Alarm system - I phoned the amazingly helpful Karen at Garrison Alarms. Karen guided me through every step of the process. Great Service - fast and efficient. The installation was completed by Matt His knowledge and skill made the entire install seamless. Highly recommend.
Moved into our new house, the building company got security cameras installed, but left us with a half-baked cake, no access to our security cameras, etc. Called these guys, awesome, very good comms with Kris, then Karen and the technician was just fantastic to work with, very down to earth, humble, respectful but very smart!! A++++
Excellent service quick and reliable
UPDATED - We had Garrison Alarms install our system and the installer was great - professional and efficient. Unfortunately, one of the sensors turned out to be faulty, which led to multiple false alarms and ended up costing us hundreds of dollars in call-out fees. While the issue has since been resolved, the faulty product caused a lot of unnecessary stress and expense. Would recommend ensuring all components are thoroughly tested during installation.
