I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent service and product provided by Garrison Alarm. Unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing for the following reasons: 1. Poor Service Quality The technicians who attended my property appeared unqualified and unprofessional. Their work did not meet the standard expected for a security installation, and they failed to demonstrate proper expertise in handling the system. 2. Friend needed a new House Alarm system - I phoned the amazingly helpful Karen at Garrison Alarms. Karen guided me through every step of the process. Great Service - fast and efficient. The installation was completed by Matt His knowledge and skill made the entire install seamless. Highly recommend.
Moved into our new house, the building company got security cameras installed, but left us with a half-baked cake, no access to our security cameras, etc. Called these guys, awesome, very good comms with Kris, then Karen and the technician was just fantastic to work with, very down to earth, humble, respectful but very smart!! A++++
