Moved into our new house, the building company got security cameras installed, but left us with a half-baked cake, no access to our security cameras, etc. Called these guys, awesome, very good comms with Kris, then Karen and the technician was just fantastic to work with, very down to earth, humble, respectful but very smart!! A++++
Excellent service quick and reliable
UPDATED - We had Garrison Alarms install our system and the installer was great - professional and efficient. Unfortunately, one of the sensors turned out to be faulty, which led to multiple false alarms and ended up costing us hundreds of dollars in call-out fees. While the issue has since been resolved, the faulty product caused a lot of unnecessary stress and expense. Would recommend ensuring all components are thoroughly tested during installation.
Nothing bad to say about this company, I can only sing praises. I contacted them via email and got a phone call back the same day from Karen. All my questions answered and it was easy to book a call out. Tech arrived on time too!
Great service and efficient at replacing my fault downlight, answered all my questions. Thanks for A+ service.
