I took my ONKYO receiver in because it would not power up. Danny greeted me, and told me he would start working on a diagnostic test that day and call me back as soon as he determine what the problem was. Later that day he called and told me found the problem, explained my options and asked me how I wanted to proceed. Danny Garris loves his work and it shows. His knowledge of electronics is --well he's a walking encyclopedia. His dedication to his customers is superior. He has done repair work for me in his shop and at my house. And he has also talked me through things over the phone. He doesn't rush you off because he has others waiting, but treats you like you're his only customer. Then he treats the next one the same way. He knows his trade and works it with passion and compassion.
