Recently had a gold bracelet repaired and couldn't be happier with the results. My bracelet looks brand new!! Even though it's 100 years old!
I'm very pleased with the store atmosphere, attentiveness of the staff and somewhat quick turnaround on my repair . My only 'complaint' as a new customer would be not realizing the hours of operation. I received a text on a Saturday morning that my item was ready to be picked up, not knowing they closed at 2 PM and would not reopen until Tuesday!
