We have been trying for going on 4 months to clear up an emergency room bill problem where Dr. Garriott was the attending ER physician at McBride Orthopedic Hospital in OKC. Dr. Garriott's billing department keeps claiming they are submitting to their out of state billing "Oklahoma Emergency Service, PC - Which operates under the name "Plantation Billing Center" which is located in Sunrise, FL. After months, this issue is not cleared up and it doesn't seem like anyone in his office really cares if it ever does.
