Been trying to call and reschedule our appointment since last week. Today the phones go straight to busy signal everytime I call. If they think I'm going to pay for a missed appointment, they are sadly mistaken.
I've been trying to call in to his office for months. Their lack luster phone system is not useful to clients. No answering machine, no online booking, no recourse for me.
