Wow, I have been a loyal Garrie customer for many years as they were excellent, I had left great reviews on them in recent years (5 stars). Notice almost all reviews before 2022 and older are 5 stars, then since being bought in 2022, 1 star. I need them again but discovered they were bought last year by a conglomerate, Rentokil. Rentokil has killed another once great company. I knew this was not good before I even came to these terrible reviews of the past year. When this company was Garrie Pest you could call a local office and get a response. Now that Ehrlich has taken over, you get shuffled to a National call center, I spoke to Marianna (who it took 12 minutes just to get an answer about the call center). They do not call back, they are not responsive and this is becoming more typical of large companies buying the little ones where you used to get personal service. Find a local pest company as you will get better results and actually talk to a person in your area not overseas.

Garrie Pest Control was acquired by Ehrlich in 2022. I used to be able to just call Steven and he would pick up the phone and fix the issue. I have been trying to reach out to anyone at Ehrlich and the phone just goes dead. I am trying to cancel the service but no one replies emails or pick up the phone.
