HORRIBLE - I am hitting social media with bad review for awful customer service and rudeness.
I can not speak highly enough of the two gentlemen who delivered to our house. They were efficient and friendly, and did a great job.
Great service
As good as a move can be! Everything about our move was stressful, but Garrett's helped me out in so many ways. Ryan S., Tim, Joe, Jeremiah and all the whole gang pitched in and saved my sanity during a super stressful and emotional time in life. Everything was handled with care and respect, everyone was courteous and thoughtful... I will never be able to say enough thanks. Garrett put his thinking cap on and helped me find solutions to a successful end. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Horrible experience! They showed up late, only 2/3 of them worked and they destroyed my house and personal belongings. Stay away!
Horrible experience with garretts moving and storage. Classic bait and switch con game. Damage to personal property as well as stolen items. Do not believe these false reviews! Do your research and google their complaints!
Robby and Lee Roy were great. They called 3 times and let me know they were on their way and how much longer till they arrived. They arrived well within the time previously set up. They were very professional and explained everything. They were great. This is the first time I have had a delivery and the boxes were not damaged or dented. They took great care in unloading my cabinets. They were both very professional. Will definitely recommend your company because of the care they took with my cabinets. Thank You.
Kenneth, Kevin and Tim are a fantastic unit!!! They complement each other, extremely professional, clean and we didn't find a scratch on any wall anywhere. For me it's Garrett's Moving FIRST AND ONLY!!!!!!!
I was extremely please with the movers. They were polite, friendly, very helpful, but above that they managed to be professional in activity as well respectful and courteous. They did there job while working around the owners presence. I recommend Garretts without reservations
