It has been a year, and we still do not have our truck back. We live in Michigan, drove all the way to Utah to pick it up, and all we got was a bunch of lies about why it was not done. Oh, wait! We were told it was done. Garrett stated he even drove it to test it out. Funny thing—we had taken the drive shaft out. No drive shaft, how did that work? Stay away from this shop if at all possible. Nothing but lies. He acts like he is your best friend but legal action has to be taken to resolve issues.
I deeply appreciate Garrett, mechanics and staff. I was passing through Moab. My 2020 Duramax was running in reduced power mode with emission codes. Would barely pull our 5th wheel camper. Garrett and staff ran diagnostics and found problem and got me going again. I highly recommend Garrett’s Diesel Performance. They definitely know there stuff.
