Beware! Dave came to my elderly Mother-in-law’s to service her Samsung refrigerator and charged her $135 service call charge. He told her he would order the part and he’d call her when it was in. A month later she was told the part was on backorder. A month after that she was told the same thing. I decided to get involved because I felt she was being taken advantage of. These guys do a great job and are reasonably priced. We have had them at our house multiple times over the last years for our dishwasher, and dryer. They are always timely and make the repairs quickly. They are friendly and even answer questions I have about other appliances. Thanks for the great job again today.
Will never use again and I do not recommend. Dave fixed my dryer door and it was a $5 part. Took him 3 minutes to repair. Charged $143.10. When I asked him why the cost was so hi, his response was "it's good for you to have to pay a high bill every once in awhile." He was a complete jerk and Riddle's Appleances should not be recommending him for repair services.
3x to fix my dishwasher. charged me $130 to tell me the part I had to order then came back charged me $111 to install part. let the washer wand stuck under the heating element where it burned and broke. Said he would come back the next day to replace it. When I called the receptionist to ask when he was coming she yelled at me, talked over me while I calmly tried to explain my question. Then hung up on me. Same with the technician. When he called me. Very unprofessional company. Will not use or receive them.
Very happy with the service on our appliances with Garrett's. They installed our new dishwasher earlier in the year and no issues. We have a refrigerator with the ice maker inside the freezer that malfunction or wore out recently (Maytag is only 6 years old). Garrett's came to look at it and determined the issue immediately. We ordered a replacement and they installed it at a reasonable rate. Very friendly and accommodating each time.
