While Dr. Garrett is a nice enough man, his medical billing department is full of incompetent scam artists. Dr. Garrett saw my son in July of 2021 for severe vomiting and a fever of 104. The hospital scanned in my insurance at the time of service, however the biller claimed I never gave it, which was a lie. I had a $300 copay for ER visits which I happily paid Loma Linda once they got their coding situated with the insurance company.
