Dr. didn't show me the MRI results or go over them . The PA couldn't answer my questions. The MA didn't know which patient she was talking to and twice gave me the wrong contact numbers. 1. To schedule the MRI and 2. to schedule the referral. I would not recommend Ochsner neurology to anyone after this experience.
I was totally impressed with his bedside manner. And that I could see pain management in Crowley, La. But that turned out Not to be true. Other than that Great Doctor awesome staff.
Dr. Venable is a great doctor, his staff as well. He is very detailed, listened closely to my concerns and addressed them in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident.
Dr. Garret has the worst staff I’ve ever encountered at Ochsner the Grove in the history of going there. I have had almost perfect experiences with everything from my mammogram to the podiatrist that I go to see and pretty much everybody in between including my primary care physician who I see at the Jefferson location in Baton Rouge. Highly do NOT recommend.
