Garrett Treatment Center is the best pain management I've been to throughout my medical journey. Great staff that welcome you like family. They go above & beyond to figure out any issues you have. They try to help in any way. Thank you Garrett Treatment Center for being such a huge positive help in our community .
Love this place!! They are all very good people and they put up with my bs and that’s enough to make someone go crazy! lol nah but highly recommend it if you want to get better!

Dr. Perry and his staff have been the most compassionate and patient staff I have ever met. They have helped me through so much! Absolutely the best!!
