Had my child's mother take her vehicle in for an oil change as I was too busy the week before her trip to get it done. She went on her trip with no issues, but had said garretts told her she needed a new battery, that's why her car was having trouble starting (I had previously diagnosed it as an ignition switch and was waiting for the part to come in). If I could give zero stars, I would. It took me a year to form my opinion. I was quoted a price over the phone which was higher when my husband went to pay the bill. No surprise. I’m upset we spent so much to have safe tires installed on our family vehicle just to have constant issues. First, they scuffed up my rims. Second, the tires kept losing pressure within the 1st week.
