We hired Jason for renovation work and were disappointed with the overall experience. Communication was inconsistent, and he repeatedly failed to show when expected, which delayed the project. Attention to detail was lacking. Our floors were not protected during the job and cleanup was minimal throughout the project. Unfortunately, the quality of work did not meet expectations. Multiple water leaks occurred, and there was damage to cabinets, floors, the tub and shower surround.

Horrible experience with Garrett and Sons construction. They sided our home. The siding blows off the house in windy conditions. Jason the owner has made numerous promises to fix the issue but never shows up. Highly unethical and shoddy business practices.

This was a horrible decision by for to hire Garrett & Sons Construction as a contractor. Over sold himself on delivery times of completion. Saying he could perform certain trades that I don’t think he’s even licensed for. Never answered his phone to communicate on when he would show up or would say he would be there on a day and time and would be a no show no call.
