Used to be a great place until the new owners took over, moved my travel trailer out and no longer needed the spot. I tried giving them notice and got zero response, was told I would get a call back and never did. They then proceeded to charge my card and I never gave my permission nor did I ever sign a contract with them. Still have never received a callback in over a month, the only contact has been one email they sent apologizing for poor customer service.
Always visit the unit before you sign the contract. First of all, upon arrival to the unit on 7-28-25, there was a combination lock on the unit that I was not aware of. I contacted RecNation via text message at 6:58 pm to inform them about the combination lock. RecNation responded 7-29-25 at 7:31 am. Provide me with numbers for the combination lock. Pile of dirt in front of my unit and I’m unable to open the doors. New gate is a pain, when you go to leave, you have to get out of your truck to unlock it. All roads in this place are horrible and full of pot holes. They also needed to do some maintenance in my unit, they cut my lock after a 4 day heads up (I was out of town) and put their own lock on. The code I was given was not correct so I was unable to access my boat for the weekend and didn't receive a response back for 3 days regarding the issue.
