Frustrating experience at Garrett Popcorn Shops due to an employee named Perry. After they forgot my pecan popcorn, I went back to the counter and was immediately accused of not paying. I checked my bank and realized I had only been charged for one item, so it was clearly a misunderstanding—but Perry was dismissive and escalated the situation by involving a manager instead of resolving it calmly. First time in Chicago. Thought I'd try this popcorn. Cheese was a little strange at first, but give it a few bites. It really comes on as you go. Strong flavor. Caramel and nuts were good also. Biggest impression at this location (near gate B15) was the young lady that served us. Her name was Kenya. In telling you this young lady should be giving classes on customer service. From her beaming smile to friendly and welcoming interaction. Kenya was the epitome of "come again" service.
