There was no line, and I politely asked the employee whether the bags were pre‑mixed because I prefer mostly cheese with a little caramel.The employee responded, “This isn’t Burger King, you can’t have it your way.” The comment was unnecessarily rude, especially in an airport where travelers from all over the world pass through and rely on staff for basic courtesy.
