Could not say enough about my experience in working with Mark at the Pedlar team. Mark took the time and showed great patience to assist us in finding a location that best suited our needs. Great follow up to ensure a smooth transition and very helpful in providing us with appropriate contacts and details to make the process seamless. I would highly recommend Mark and the Pedlar team.

Awesome Local team. Garrett Pedlar restored my deal and was able to get it done. Both sides walked away happy.

Mark Pedlar navigated and negotiated the sale of two adjacent waterfront lots in Oakwood, on behalf of our family. Throughout the process, he was astute, professional and a pleasure to work with. These were rather complicated transactions and Mark’s thoughtful, and patient advice during the process was outstanding. We would recommend him and his team unequivocally.
