Selling a vacant property from afar seemed to be a very arduous task especially as it was a unique building. Not many buildings have jail cells in them! Mark Pedlar not only found someone interested but managed to convince him to stay on through the long process of dealing with environmental agencies and the government. Mark was always available with advice and answers to the many questions we had through the trial. He always worked hard at keeping the slow process moving. I can’t thank him enough.
