From start to finish the whole experience was great. Making an appointment online and then getting an email and a text confirming the appointment is next level. Brandon is a awesome service advisor and got us in and out quickly. Truly a excellent experience.
Great place
I am totally happy with my 2018 Buick Encore; it runs great! Garret’s replaced a leaking water pump and associated items needing replacement. I agreed to recommend cooling and transmission services. However, I find that my Encore doesn’t run as well as it had before I released it to Garrett Motors for the referenced work. It seemed to not run as well as it did before on my short trip home and on a number of short trips in the interim. This was very apparent on my return from a road trip to Las Vegas yesterday. We took our vehicle here twice for a diagnostic. The first time I was told the check engine was on for one issue, and the second time, a month later-he gave a different reason. Had the diagnostics service been completed normally the first time, We would not be trying to figure out why check engine is still on. I don't recommend this place for service. What a hassle!
