Was told that it would take 15 mins to get my covers loaded and waited for over an hour and a half. Was very unhappy with the customer service. Some of the employees are nice but horrible at customer service and time.
I was happy to find an installer that was less expensive than the original installer of my in-ground swimming pool. When I talked to the installer, he bragged about Garrett's quality and customer service. Within the first 10 months of installation, I noticed that the liner was wearing off of the steps (we have the liner over step installation in the pool).
