I moved to this area four years ago leaving my physician of 30 plus years. My fears of finding the quality of care I had previously were misplaced upon finding Dr Garrett. Not only is he patient and knowledgeable but his entire staff is as well. From scheduling, to the nursing care to Dr Garrett, I can not express the excellent quality of care that I’ve received. There is literally- LITERALLY- no better family doctor in Georgia. He listens to my concerns and acts on them, and he has the best bedside manner I've ever experienced. I would not have left him if I didn't have to move out of state.
I have been with Dr. Garrett since he opened shop there say...10 years ago. I moved to Blairsville but I make the trek to his office because finding a good doctor is like finding a good spouse; once you found him/her, never let him/her go! The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable as well.
Dr. Garrett is a real old-time family doctor. He takes the time to listen and know his patients. Dr. Garrett is extremely bright and knowledgeable across a broad spectrum of medical disciplines. I don't believe you could find an equally competent or compassionate doctor in the state.
Missed serious issues in my care.
Best GP I have ever had. He knows his stuff, is very personable and is responsive to his patients. I highly recommend him.
Friendly, good listener, takes his time with you, easy scheduling, very thorough.. overall very good doctor!
