I spoke to Carrie Ann on Tuesday morning and she said her computer was doing an update and she would call me back in "about 1/2 an hour", but never called. On Wednesday morning I called and left a voicemail message and contrary to what the voicemail message said they did NOT return my call promptly...they NEVER returned my call. Don't bother even contacting these people since they never return phone calls.
Its a nice place but wet paths and flooded paths because of all the rain
Everything insurable that I own is thru Garrett , but some reason they never answer their phone or return calls. Very dissatisfied. Been calling for a week to get rates and have not heard from anyone.
I have been with them for over 25 years. They are very friendly, helpful, and honest. I only have praise for them.
I've been going to Garrett insurance last 6 or 7 years. They have great customer service and they can find you the best and most reliable and affordable insurance around.
