I Love Garrett agency and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! Carrie Ann is the absolute best ! Always gets back to me quickly when i reach out to her with questions & has made finding insurance easy ! Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I spoke to Carrie Ann on Tuesday morning and she said her computer was doing an update and she would call me back in "about 1/2 an hour", but never called. On Wednesday morning I called and left a voicemail message and contrary to what the voicemail message said they did NOT return my call promptly...they NEVER returned my call. Don't bother even contacting these people since they never return phone calls.
