Dr. Heinz has been friendly, thorough, and thoughtful at every interaction. He doesn't cut me off or make it time feel rushed. I don't feel like he throws pills at everything. A lot of times I am sent to a specialist or a test to figure out the route source so I won't need a medicine to mask a problem. I appreciate that. His staff is also great to work with.
Best primary care provider I’ve had so far. Dr. Heinz has Great bedside manner, he explains things thoroughly, and he genuinely cares about his patients. His office staff is very efficient and approachable as well. There aren’t many primary care providers as high quality as Dr. Heinz these days, so I highly recommend seeking him for primary care needs.
