I hired Garret Heating and Cooling, specifically Jeff and Jeremy to install a Pioneer mini split unit, and my experience has been nothing but a complete nightmare. They started the job in August of 2025, completed some aspects of the install, but the unit is unfinished and not operable, promising they would return on several occasions to wrap things up. Awesome job. We have a home in Far Oaks, and the upstairs was underpowered and failing so we upgraded the A coil and condenser with Garrett HVAC, awesome job. We had a baby coming in July, so it was crucial that unit was working, as it gets very hot upstairs with a poor performing unit. Many thanks!
Had to meet them to fix my sisters ac while her family was out of town. Great service, very knowledgeable, and willing to teach, and show exactly what was wrong. didn’t try to over sell anything. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family
