Technician was very knowledgeable, he was busy during a hot day when my ac unit went out , made time to come over same day he was able to fix my ac unit in no time at all, professional and polite .
Great service and reasonable pricing. Owner is great. Came out same day and had the problem fixed in an hour even though it wasn't straight forward and required a bit of troubleshooting.
I had Jeff come out and diagnose my mini-split unit, and he repaired it. He was very fair in pricing, prompt, and gave a correct diagnosis and repaired the issue. 10/10
I hired Garret Heating and Cooling, specifically Jeff and Jeremy to install a Pioneer mini split unit, and my experience has been nothing but a complete nightmare. They started the job in August of 2025, completed some aspects of the install, but the unit is unfinished and not operable, promising they would return on several occasions to wrap things up. Awesome job. We have a home in Far Oaks, and the upstairs was underpowered and failing so we upgraded the A coil and condenser with Garrett HVAC, awesome job. We had a baby coming in July, so it was crucial that unit was working, as it gets very hot upstairs with a poor performing unit. Many thanks!
