I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not match this company's excellent reputation. They responded quickly when we needed our HVAC vents reinstalled after removing them due to years of pet hair and allergens left by the previous homeowners. We also needed our water heater moved about five feet. We were initially quoted around $950. I understand estimates can change, but my disappointment comes from how the entire project was handled. Terrible experience! My family contacted Jeff for a diagnosis and he did half the work. When we called back to receive additional support from him we received a hostile response! This business lacks professionalism and reliability in all aspects. Very disappointing.
If I could this company and Jeff the owner a zero star I would!! Very unprofessional and he is very disrespectful. He came to my families home and took our money without even doing his job completely. He half did his job. And didn’t want to refund anything. He called the police to my grandmothers home for no reason. He does very bad and unprofessional business. Please do not support this company.
