I DO NOT recommend this doctor!!!! On April 2, 2025 I went to Dr. Lischer for a routine screening cystoscopy. He ignored a bladder tumor that he and I both saw on the monitor during the cystoscopy. He said "it's supposed to be there". It was located beside the left ureteral orifice. I have had 2 previous papillary bladder tumors before so I knew what I was seeing on the monitor.
