CYCO makes an effort with any yoga student Carrboro Yoga Company has a huge variety of yoga classes for people of all ages and yoga experience levels. I took a donations class at the CYCO studio where they welcomed any kind of funds you had to offer and while only two people showed up to participate, the yoga instructor went ahead and led the class for the two of us. Hmmm Okay, I gave these kids a 'satisfactory' because I only took 1 class there and the teacher was a sub--so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will say this--all I ask of my yoga teacher is that they be able to at least perform the poses they are trying to teach...in the class I took, this lady couldn't demonstrate half of the poses. Why would I pay for something I could do better at home?
