This place is great!!! I was with my last dentist for over thirty years. He retired, so I moved everything over here. Everybody is super friendly, state of the art equipment. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!!!
This dental office has for years offered excellent quality care. After Doctor Elfervig retired, Doctor Folks took over and continued with that high standard of care. Now that Doctor Folks has relocated back to Texas, Doctor Sheplak (a local from Clearwater) has taken over and (from what I've been told by the staff that has worked there since Doctor Elfervig's days) is every bit as skilled as his predecessors were. Everyone was amazing, from start to finish! I have been going to a Sarasota dentist regularly, every 4 to 5 months, for cleanings and went to get a second opinion… so grateful that I did! Palma Sola found two cavities, that had probably been there for a while!! They got me in, the very next day….Cindy, the hygienist, is so kind! Dr S is precise, thorough and communicated so well! Tamra and Siena, in the reception area, greeted me with enthusiasm and smiles. Highly recommend this place.!
I recently had an appointment at Palma Sola Smiles and had such a great experience with Dr. Sheplak and his team. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone was welcoming and kind. The office is beautiful and very clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable. What really stood out to me was how thorough everything was. Dr. Sheplak took his time reviewing my scans and explaining what he was seeing. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed.
