Garrett didn't follow instructions. I dropped off stereo receiver and put down a $50 deposit. I specifically asked for a quote for the repair prior to service. I got a call 2 weeks later saying receiver was repaired and I was given a $270 charge. Not a good way to conduct business. Repaired or not, I was not going to pay $270 for that unit to be repaired.
Doug is extremely knowledgeable about stereo equipment. He was able to repair my CD player when Chicago repair shops could not! Highly recommend!
Took like 10 months to get my tape deck back but what are you going to do? Hey...it works.
