Dr. Garrett is personally the best ENT we have had. However her Medical Assistant was very indirect, not nice or professional, refused to make an appointment or send a message to the provider. We will not be going back because of this.
Let me start by saying that Dr. Garrett herself was great, but it is unfortunate she has Nancy as her medical assistant and because of that she lost a patient. Nancy called me less than 24hrs before my sons surgery stating that I needed to pay a deposit of $835 by noon(she called me at 10am) I received a call a week ago stating my total for the surgery was $835 but nothing was mentioned of needing to pay the full amount prior to service.
