Had an excellent experience with StoreEase. This was my first ever storage unit & the process was very easy. Handled everything on the phone. Unit was literally brand new, so nothing to possibly complain about. Pricing was very reasonable and payments set up to auto pay. Their system provided excellent communication regarding upcoming payments. Highly recommend as their name says it all...ease.

Do NOT rent a climate controlled unit here. We rented in late May 2026 and everything seemed perfect, but as of July 2026 the building is full of mold due to humidity issues. Customer service says everything is under control and humidity levels have been restored to their correct levels, but won't admit there's a mold problem. Spent a weekend unexpectedly vacating our items from the unit and cleaning everything to remove the mold that was growing on our stuff.
