Horribly unorganized and terrible communication. No one knows what is going on and you get pawned off from one person to the next without anything getting done. Staff also talk about patients out in the open, which might be breaking HIPAA, but I’m not going to say more on that. You can look at their responses on here, too, to see how robotic and apathetic they are.

Be wary of this place. My son used to go here, and his counselor had to take a sudden leave of absence and then eventually retired. During her leave he was randomly assigned a new counselor, Caroline, we showed up to the appointment and Caroline sent us home. She said she thought it would be best if he waited to talk to his regular counselor, Sandra. Amazing counselor but their billing department is awful and will jump to charge you exorbitant late fees but is more than fine to cut into your own time by having to wait 20-30 minutes past your appointment time just to be seen.
