We’re incredibly grateful for the guidance and support we received. Garrett created a calm, respectful space where both of us felt heard and understood. He was direct when needed, but always fair and thoughtful. The sessions were practical and focused, giving us real tools to communicate better and work through conflict more productively. I reached out to Garrett like many others, when I was going through a particular rough patch with my partner. We were having issues communicating, building up resentment and jeopardizing our relationship. Garret has very practical and applicable advice. He works to make each person understand the other persons point of view. At the end of each session, there was some practical next steps to take, which helped. We only had a few sessions to right the ship. Definitely give him a call.
