Very impressed with the service I received. The team made getting everything set up easy and stress free, answered all of my questions, and were great to work with. I would definitely recommend the team to anyone looking for a reliable insurance team.
I recently was in a situation of my homeowners insurance being cancelled after using state farm for over 40 years and never filing a claim due to 2 things that needed taken care of which I thought were only suggestions around my home. Both Vanessa and Tasha helped me by listening to me and help me get these things taken care with only 2 days left until I was going to be cancelled. So thankful for them and Garrett Estes for all their help.
In the short time that we've had State Farm, we've had a major water leak in the second floor bathroom of our home and sadly a couple of vechile incidents in our own driveway, so embarrassing. Regardless of our claims or simply our need to inquire about our account with an agent. They have always been extremely helpful and courteous to us. We appreciate your time and help. We switched several years ago from a large, impersonal insurance company with horrible customer service (think Emu) to State Farm, where an actual person answered the phone from an office not too far away from where I was inquiring about rates.
