Gave me an IV of Cipro which I am allergic to and is listed on my chart. and another medication he gave me for pain should not be given to me with kidney disease. He gave me some prescriptions to be filled and thank heavens the pharmacist caught that I could not take Cipro and did not fill it. Had to call ER and have them get me something else. Dr. doesn't seem to pay any attention to what is one his patients charts and especially allergies and other previous medicals that can really cause
