We have had a fantastic experience with Jonathan Garrett and his team. They are responsive and do great work. They completed a 100 addition of a bathroom in our basement and it is great. They also did a tile backsplash, front porch addition and have ordered us new custom front doors. Highly recommend
Garrett builders built my house. The fist big rain resulted standing water in the front of the sealed crawl space. I sent photos and contacted the builder. He indicated that he could not fix the problem as he did not know what the issue was. I attempted to find the source myself, finally went to a basement water special. Garrett Builders is bar far...the most professional custom builder who builds a home that is solid from the foundation to the roof! I have worked with them and know for certain, that you will have a WELL BUILT, beautiful home!
I had the most horrible experience ever. Garrett Builders were contracted to install a ventilation system in the bathroom ceiling. They contracted the work out and when I returned home my garage was closed yet, my back door was left open. These sub contractors roamed all over my house. Lights were left on in parts of the house that had nothing to do with the repairs being done.
