I purchased popcorn on 12/17/2023 at the 87th and Cottage location at 10am when they first opened. I’m from Chicago but live in St Louis so I brought popcorn back home to my coworkers on the very same day which was stale. Not even 4 hours after purchasing it. I spent almost 80 bucks on all this stale popcorn. Very unsatisfied customer

I love this popocorn as I was introduced to it in the 90's when I moved to Chicago and worked at Marshall Feilds on State st . My Chicago family brings and ship me this twice a year but I order for myself at the holidays . I ordered this 2 weeks ago and received last week for the kids movie nite . The last 2 inches of the can was crumbs . Never has this happen in over 25 years of ordering I was disappointed .
Rude Customer service Yolanda. Sorry everyone is bothering you by trying to purchase popcorn. You are clearly unhappy in your job. I really regret my purchase today. Garrett you lost my business.
