I did not have a good experience with salesman Ray. His approach was arrogant, condescending and lightweight disrespectful. I'd prefer paying more money to another company with better professionalism.
Very professional, and if I could give this company and the crew we had working 10 stars, I would. We've had a very wet spring and just yesterday had over 2" of rain in about an hour, and not one drop of water in our basement. Before this, we would have definitely had water coming in from the bottom of the walls. We also had two other quotes from two well known company's in Ohio, and Garrett's was half the cost of one and more than half of the other. Definitely give them a call!
