I am completely appalled at the behavior I overheard from this company degrading and baggering my 80 year old father! I will be filing complaints and applicable charges against this company for being verbally abusive to the elderly who simply could not understand the process! This company must employee some very low character people to prey on the elders. How shameful and may you receive your terrible karma when you are old one day!
Ray was great! I feel comfortable with the service and education her provided me. I see why they been in business over a half a century plus 20 more years.
