I don't often recommend even if I give a good review, however this is different. When Ray came to view the basement, he took the time to walk thru and tell me about the issues that he found. We talked about the conditions, and he provided me with my options. I did not feel pressured. He explained the differences in the 2 types of systems that are available. I had an amazing experience with this company from the VERY beginning! I had reached out and requested a quote, within 3 hours I received a call from John. He was very pleasant to work with and was very accommodating to my schedule. Once scheduled, Ray came out to me within the week! Five Stars for helping me understand how to resolve my drainage problems. He was full of super helpful and informative info without pressuring me. I appreciate how he helped me make an informed decision without all the high pressure sales pitch kind of thing. I came away trusting him and his company to do what they say they will do...not always the case these days.

Garrett Waterproofing did my basement two years ago and I haven’t had any problems since. They did a great job the owner son was out here working with the rest of the crew. They all worked hard and it turned out well. Thank you for your great work. I contacted at least 8 different companies and I would highly recommend Garret as one of the best waterproofing companies in the area.
