We were on vacation when we had car trouble, and this shop was a lifesaver—getting us in, diagnosing the issue, and completing the repair the same day. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and we truly appreciated their honesty and integrity. Thanks to them, we were quickly back on the road and able to enjoy the rest of our trip.
Took my car there to get a tcc solenoid replaced and of course they took the job on and then replaced the transmission fluid and refused to do the solenoid and the only reason the transmission fluid would have needed replaced is if they changed the solenoid then charged me a quick $225 for there half ass work. Never again will they get work out of me or anyone I know!
I highly recommend garrett automotive.For any car services you need in the mchenry Maryland wisp resort area. Bill and scott were very professional and very knowledgeable. These guys are awesome. There's no surprises with them they are super up front with you. All the service techs are knowledgeable and will explain what they are going to do or need to do
