Any good employer knows that you should not verbally or physically abuse your employees as well as push the responsibility of personal family matters onto them. They have forgotten that. They attempted to apologize for the physical altercations but his pride got in the way. He would not take any responsibility for what happened and would not acknowledge any of his actions as problematic.
