Poor Integrity and Poor Customer Service PERIOD They tried to say that my husband was refusing to pay, when he questioned them charging $75 for a technician to come out and then another $75 for the technician to dig a small hole (less than 6 inches deep by the junction box). They said my husband was refusing to pay and also that he was lying. That the technician told him about this additional $75 before he dug. No way.
