The capacity of this attorney is questionable, at best. Not only is his office is in deplorable shape with stacks of books, paperwork and files all over the place, but he came to court smelling like liquor. He's often difficult to reach by phone, text or email and doesn't appear to have the ability to actually 'fight' in a court battle. I'm honestly shocked he's still in business and would never even consider hiring him again. Total waste of money.
