The absolute worst. Will not take care of you. Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't return calls. Doesn't return emails. Pay for full coverage over 250$ a month for nothinggghhhh I'm so mad.
These guys have worked with me adding a car removing a car then adding it again. It has been amazing the way they personalize insurance and make sure I get the best rates for home and auto. They are some of the best people friendly, family oriented, very honest and easy to work with. They have been with us through a flood when we lost a vehicle. So they truly stayed with us through the hard times and the good times.

Update: Scott is still the best insurance agent in southern WV! I highly recommend giving Erie Insurance, through Scott Garretson, a chance! Love Scott! He's one of the best representatives I (as well as my dad) have dealt with.
