Several years ago when Zallen first arrived to Doernbecher Children's Hospital at OHSU he was involved in personality and procedural conflicts with professor surgeon. Garret began a campaign to promote himself using many, including the anaesthesiologist who was assisting our surgeon. To define what Zallen did to rise in ranks was beyond unprofessional.
