All of the reviews about Dr. Reed are true, but he left in 2025. The new dentists are a husband and wife team from California (Doctors Tam + Vu). They are knowledgeable and professional, but offer zero warmth or humor when it comes to their bedside manner--neither have ever even introduced themselves to me in any personal way. I feel like dollar signs in a chair instead of a real person with certain emotions and fears that come with dental visits (even simple cleanings!).
Last visits were when doctor Reed was still here, all in the last few months of his ownership. Originally my care plan called for at least 9 crowns (2k+ ea), but my suspicions about that led me to stick to fillings first while I waited for some second opinions. He was polite and seemed accommodating about my desire to stick to fillings as much as possible, he would push the idea of crowns on follow-ups, but he wasn't rude about it so I let it go for the mean time. 2nd to last visit he did not cure a filling properly that lef... read more
Dr Reed did a fantastic job fixing a molar that 5 different Dentists couldn’t manage.
After my long time dentist retired, I was struggling to find where to go. Luckily I complained to my friend about it and she said OH you have to go to Dr. Reed! Which I DID, and it has been a total joy to be a patient there. Erica as my hygienist, so competent and caring for my anxiety around the loud instruments.
