I never actually saw this physician. My statements are about her front-line staff. Doctors should know that their front-desk clerks are representing them. I didn't show up early enough before the appointment to do the new-patient paperwork. There was no one in the lobby and there was only one car in the parking lot, but I was told I had to ask for permission to be seen.
