I reached out to Patrick to clear a clogged drain in my kitchen. He was prompt, professional, and straightforward with his pricing. He did everything he could to clear the drain, but the clog was further in the pipe than his equipment could reach. So he didn't charge me! Great experience! I had a clogged shower drain that wasn’t responding to a drain snake or a tub plunger, so I finally bit the bullet and called a professional. I called Garrels because of the good reviews, and they were great! Patrick answered right away and was able to fit me in that day. He was friendly, respectful, and upfront, and told me ahead of time that a basic drain de-clogging would be $150, which I think is very fair for the area. Very professional and very good communication. Extremely satisfied with basement waterproofing
We had our basement waterproofed by Patrick (the owner of the company) and his crew. They showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently, and did a great job. Patrick took care of all of the complicated parts of the job and was present periodically to check on the crew and make sure things were done correctly. The price was reasonable, but they did not cut any corners. I highly recommend Garrels Company.
