Great experience! I had a clogged shower drain that wasn’t responding to a drain snake or a tub plunger, so I finally bit the bullet and called a professional. I called Garrels because of the good reviews, and they were great! Patrick answered right away and was able to fit me in that day. He was friendly, respectful, and upfront, and told me ahead of time that a basic drain de-clogging would be $150, which I think is very fair for the area. Very professional and very good communication. Extremely satisfied with basement waterproofing
We had our basement waterproofed by Patrick (the owner of the company) and his crew. They showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently, and did a great job. Patrick took care of all of the complicated parts of the job and was present periodically to check on the crew and make sure things were done correctly. The price was reasonable, but they did not cut any corners. I highly recommend Garrels Company.
Garrels Company has the highest quality, attention to detail, honest, reasonably priced, and versatile in skill. I can’t say enough great things about Patrick who is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Give him a chance just one time and you will be so glad you did. His work speaks for itself.
After our builder did a complete botch job on our waterproofing system and we got water in our basement we called QC Waterproofing. Patrick came by the same evening and gave us an estimate immediately. He went over in detail what was wrong with our system and what would need to be done to correct the problem.
